What is the best number to reach the leasing office?

How do I go about scheduling my move-in date?
Please call the front office (615-924-8915) to schedule a time to pick up your keys. If you are moving in any furniture, you’ll need to reserve a 2-hour time frame at the loading dock for access to the freight elevators. For personal belongings, we recommend bringing those in a vehicle that meets an 8-foot clearance (opposed to a moving truck) and utilize the elevators located in the parking garage since it’s much easier than the loading dock.
Do you provide furnished apartment home?
Our homes come unfurnished, but we do partner with CORT Furniture in providing furniture for our residents. If you choose to use CORT, please let us know, and we will provide your contact information to their team. They will work with us to schedule a time to move these belongings into your new home.
Do you hang curtains for us?
We are offering to hang curtain rods or install light fixture at no cost to you. If you would like to purchase a ceiling fan to put in the living room, the cost is a one-time fee of $350. The ceiling fan will then stay in the apartment even when the resident moves out. To put in a maintenance request for this, please click here.
Where is the Google Fiber is located?
The location of the google fiber box varies from floor plan to floor plan, but it is usually in a closet.

What do I need to know about the liability coverage requirements?
Check out the attached requirement sheet for more information on liability coverage, including the brochure and FAQ document. It is a requirement for all Aertson Midtown residents to purchase liability coverage prior to move-in. Aertson Midtown is offering a policy providing $100,000 liability coverage for the amount of $10 monthly. If you prefer to obtain your own coverage, you may do so by providing proof of renter’s insurance. You must confirm your coverage selection prior to your move-in date.
Do you offer trash removal services?
Valet Living will collect your trash directly from your doorstep five nights per week (Sunday – Thursday evenings). Please place your tied trash bag (no loose trash) into the provided container outside your front door between the hours of 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on designated nights only. If you have any boxes, please break them down and place them next to your trash can for valet living to pick them up. The boxes must be broken down and tied together for them to take.
